Lu Ellen Kilday is a former timeshare owner who has used the services of Timeshare Relief. She was extremely satisfied when she received confirmation and notification of her final transfer. Steve Schardan had tried to get rid of his timeshare for some time.  Timeshare resellers did not get the job done and he and his wife were becoming anxious in getting out from underneath the financial obligations of the timeshare contract.  When he saw the advertisement for Timeshare Relief he decided to find out more even though he had been burned by the reseller before.  He liked what he heard with Timeshare Relief and decided to move forward.  He’s thankful that he did and is now completely free from his timeshare, which he had thought he was trapped with for the rest of his life.

Steve Schardan:               Nothing happened.  They were supposed to sell it for me and a year went by and they couldn’t sell it and I think I had to – yeah I did pay some money more for that.  That was just wasted money.

Timeshare owner, Shirley shared her recent bad experiences with Timeshare Relief regarding timeshare ownership.  Shirley volunteered to give a testimonial about how relieved she is that she no longer pays special assessment fees on the timeshare.

In the interview, Shirley explains that several years ago she received a special assessment fee for $600.  Although she wasn’t crazy about paying the assessment, she was really upset when she found out the reason why.  The resort explained that she was being asked to pay so much because other timeshare owners had stopped paying their maintenance fees to the resort.  She was actually paying for their shortfall!  She decided she had enough when she received another $100 fee the following year to provide upgrades for her unit.
